The IRB has confirmed it will make a final decision on November 17th over who will host the Rugby World Cup in 2011.
The announcement will be made at head office in Dublin.
IRB management is compiling a detailed report at the moment on all three bidders, New Zealand, Japan and South Africa.
The report will be reviewed by the World Cup board in the next week or two, then tabled to the full IRB council meeting in November.
Each of the three bidders will make their final presentation on November 17th, with a final decision and announcement made the same day.
