Ma'a Nonu will miss tonight's flight to London after the midfielder fell ill before the All Blacks' departure for the Rugby World Cup.
Nonu skipped today's final training session with the team and will miss the flight as a precaution, with the All Blacks' opening game at the tournament less than 10 days away.
The team's official Twitter account said Nonu is set to catch a flight tomorrow night and will meet the rest of his teammates in the United Kingdom.
"Ma'a is feeling a bit crook so as a precaution he is staying an extra day in Auckland and will fly out to London tomorrow," said coach Steve Hansen.
The All Blacks will kick off the World Cup against Argentina in the early hours of September 21 (NZT).
