KEY POINTS:
Simultaneous bids will be sought to host the Rugby World Cups in 2015 and 2019, International Rugby Board president Bernard Lapasset said yesterday.
The bidding process should be fixed by the end of 2008 with the choice of organiser for the 2015 edition to be decided by the beginning of 2010.
The host for the 2019 cup could be named at the same time.
