A South African newspaper has given every Springboks player a zero out of 10 rating for their performance against Italy.
The Rapport newspaper didn't hold back in its assessment of its national side that went down to the Italians 20-18 over the weekend.
The post-match player ratings, which would normally range anywhere from a two to a nine, saw every single player receive a zero.
Lock Lood de Jager was the only player with something resembling positivity in his review: "Was one of the team's better players, though he was still very far from his best. Can at least say it looked as if he tried". All that trying still landed de Jager nothing more than a zero.
