During last weekend's sevens tournament in Brazil, the USA's Kristen Thomas made one of the worst mistakes you are every likely to see on a rugby field.
After fending off a New Zealand defender and sprinting over the goal line, Thomas just had to put the ball down to score a try. Then this happened.
It could have been worse though. At least her gaff wasn't as this howler from a Dutch goalkeeper last weekend.
