NZ hammer Canada in Sevens quarterfinals

New Zealand thrashed Canada 45-0 in the quarterfinals of the International Rugby Board sevens tournament at Los Angeles this morning (NZ time).

New Zealand will now meet Fiji in the semifinal after the IRB series leaders comfortably beat France 29-5 in their quarterfinal.

The semifinal is set to kick off at 1pm NZT.
