Gold medal winning coach Ben Ryan will always have a place in Fijian hearts. And now he's also got a place in Fiji.
The 43-year-old Englishman has been given 1.2 hectares of land in the province of Serua along with a "chiefly name" according to a tweet from the Fijian sevens team.
Ryan has also received the companion of the Order of Fiji, after his team crushed Great Britain 43-7 in the gold medal game at Rio. Ryan, who coached the England sevens up until 2013, says he will quit the Fijian side.
He has had "almost 20 job offers" according to the BBC.
