Rugby: Rokocoko back for Auckland

Auckland welcome back All Blacks winger Joe Rokocoko for Friday night's Air New Zealand Cup trip to New Plymouth to take on Taranaki.

Rokocoko has been in Australia and Fiji following the Tri Nations campaign, but is hungry to get back onto the field, rather than undertaking a conditioning programme.

He said he has to get his body right and playing is more beneficial for him than doing conditioning.

Lock Andrew van der Heijden has a knee strain and is the only player under an injury cloud for Auckland this week.
