Winger James O'Connor has rejoined his Wallabies team-mates in Paris as they prepare for Saturday night's (Sunday morning NZT) tour-ending Test against France.
O'Connor has flown into a cold French capital after missing last weekend's 32-14 win over Italy on compassionate leave.
The Australians have had a light run near the team hotel in conditions not expected to improve much during the week, with some forecasts predicting the possibility of snow falls.
"It's going to be a very good game, there's no doubt about that," Wallabies coach Robbie Deans said.
"Both sides will want to play constructively, conditions suiting.
"The weather isn't scheduled to be great during the week, we'll see what it's like at the other end."
Wallabies management are still to finalise a training base in the city, with several venues being assessed for a suitable surface.
France coach Marc Lievremont will name his team for the Trophee de Bicentenaries Test on Tuesday morning (1900 AEDT).
The Six Nations champions have slipped below England to No.5 on the IRB world rankings but the Wallabies are aware they will pose a massive challenge at home.
"They've got a very strong scrum, possibly the strongest, and they've also got a fair bit going for them as far as attack goes as well," Wallabies captain Rocky Elsom said.
Australia name their team for the Stade de France showdown on Thursday.
