Rugby: Membership grows slowly

Cash-strapped Counties-Manukau's membership drive to help maintain their presence in provincial rugby's top echelon has reached 204 of the hoped for 3000. The union is seeking the new season ticketholders to provide a measure of financial relief as it hopes to avoid taking up a New Zealand Rugby Union rescue package.
