KEY POINTS:
Australian Rugby Union boss Gary Flowers has called a meeting to try to mend the public falling-out between Wallabies coach John Connolly and his predecessor, Eddie Jones.
Flowers yesterday welcomed Jones' decision to remain as coach of the struggling Reds after reports last week suggested he was about to quit or be sacked.
Flowers said he and Connolly were prepared to attend a meeting with Jones and Queensland Rugby Union chief executive Ken Freer.
