Southland proved they can still win when the Ranfurly Shield isn't on the line, staying on top of the ITM Cup standings with a fourth straight win yesterday.
The Stags remain the only unbeaten team after four rounds, while Counties Manukau were the big movers over the weekend taking hold of second spot after another impressive performance.
Meanwhile at the other end of the table Otago, Manawatu and Hawke's Bay all remain winless.
