Bay of Plenty coach Kevin Schuler has made two changes to his starting line-up and several positional swaps to his side to play Auckland in a second round Air NZ Cup rugby match on Friday at Mt Maunganui.
Teu Nafe moves up from the reserves to replace Lance McDonald on the right wing while Colin Bourke comes in at No 8 for Solomon King who shifts to blindside flanker for Warren Smith.
Smith moves to lock in place of Aaron Rameka who has been bracketed in the reserves with John Moore.
Bay of Plenty lost their opening round match 3-34 to Canterbury.
