Loose forward Tanerau Latimer will captain Bay of Plenty in the absence of the injured Jamie Nutbrown for their ITM Cup rugby match against Counties Manukau in Pukekohe on Friday night.
The All Black has played more than 60 games for the Steamers and will team with fellow loose forwards Carl Axtens and Luke Braid in their first away game this season.
