North Harbour has been forced into a reshuffle for tomorrow's Air NZ Cup rugby match against Waikato after second five-eighth Andrew Mailei was suspended for two weeks.
New Zealand Rugby Union judicial officer Chris Morris handed out the suspension at a hearing in Auckland last night after he found that Mailei had performed a spear tackle in last weekend's defeat of Counties-Manukau.
The suspension means Mailei, who was yesterday named for the Waikato match, will also miss the next fixture against Bay of Plenty.
Hayden Abercrombie has been promoted to start with Nafi Tuitavake coming onto the bench for tomorrow's match.
