KEY POINTS:
Expect a new Kelt Capital Magpies rugby coach soon as Brendon Ratcliffe's battle for reinstatement is over.
In a joint media statement issued this morning Ratcliffe and the Hawke's Bay Rugby Football Union confirmed all employment issues between them had been resolved.
The union has withdrawn its notice of termination of Ratcliffe's employment while Ratcliffe has withdrawn his personal grievance proceedings in the Employment Relations Authority and has resigned from his job as Magpies head coach.
The union wished Ratcliffe, who will pursue further career opportunities, well for the future.
Ratcliffe considered it a privilege to have been part of a Magpies team focused on enhancing the black and white jersey.
He acknowledged the management team and players for their hard work, dedication and support and wished them, the union and the new head coach well in their progression to the Air New Zealand Cup quarterfinals and beyond.
Ratcliffe and the union do not intend to comment further.
