North Harbour beat Northland

North Harbour beat Northland 40-16 in their NPC division one match at Whangarei today.

However, it took them a long time to put the NPC strugglers away.

Leading by just 10 points with 10 minutes to play in Whangarei, Harbour ran in two late converted tries to Joe Ward and Francis Stowers.

Harbour scored three first half tries, with Anthony Tuitavake grabbing a double. Hosea Gear also crossed the line.

Northland are yet to secure a point in the competition.
