Junior All Blacks lock Ross Kennedy has escaped punishment after being cited in the first match against Australia A across the Tasman.
Kennedy faced the judiciary last night and coach Ian Foster said Kennedy has been let off the hook.
Foster said Kennedy was cited for a rucking incident.
However, he said a technical error means there is nothing to answer.
Foster has made eight changes to the side for the second match against Australia A tomorrow night, most notably the inclusion of Marty Holah who has been released from the All Blacks.
Other changes include Andrew Hore, Kevin O'Neill, Craig Newby and Piri Weepu who were all on the bench on the weekend.
The Junior All Blacks beat Australia A 23-19 in Canberra on Sunday, which followed a 48-10 win over Queensland.
