The trial of British and Irish Lions winger Gareth Thomas and two former Bridgend team mates for an alleged assault in a French nightclub has been put back until October, their lawyer said.
Thomas is due to play for the Lions in the first test against New Zealand in Christchurch on Saturday.
The Wales' captain, Phil Booth, Andy Moore and coach Richard Webster were involved in an incident in a nightclub in Pau, south-west France in 2003.
"It is at the demand of one of the accused, the international Gareth Thomas who now plays for Toulouse and has been selected for the British Lions team to play New Zealand on Saturday, that the trial has been put back," Claude Garcia told Reuters.
The judge has said this will be the last time the trial can be delayed.
