Lam names Auckland NPC squad

Auckland rugby coach Pat Lam has named his squad for the NPC first division.

The team does not contain the Auckland based players who are currently with the All Blacks. Those players will be considered for NPC selection once they return from the All Blacks Tri-Nations tests against Australia and South Africa.

Auckland's NPC campaign kicks off on August 15 against Bay of Plenty at Eden Park. The match is also Auckland's third Ranfurly Shield challenge of the year.
