Grant Batty to coach Leon MacDonald in Japan

Former All Black wing Grant Batty is off to coach in Japan.

Batty has been given two years' leave from the Gold Coast Breakers in Queensland to coach leading club Yamaha, which has just signed former All Black and Canterbury fullback Leon MacDonald.

Batty will also be in charge of four Fijian World Cup players.
