Former Wallabies and Crusaders coach Robbie Deans is said to have signed with Japanese club the Panasonic Wild Knights.
Clubs throughout Japan and Europe were keen on Deans' services following his sacking by Australia last year, including London club Harlequins, but Panasonic has won out.
While Deans was a success with the Wallabies when he joined them from the Crusaders in 2008, the team failed to kick on and he paid the price after the series defeat to the British and Irish Lions last year.
