The Australian Rugby Union will announce the appointment of their new Wallabies coach at 3pm this afternoon.
Robbie Deans, the successful Crusaders coach, is widely expected to succeed John Connolly as the new Australian coach, after being pipped by Graham Henry for the All Blacks post.
Deans is one of six candidates, and the only non-Australian candidate, in contention for the coveted position.
