For the first time since 1996, the Crusaders have lost their first three games of the season following a 20-10 defeat to the Fijian Drua in Lautoka.
The Crusaders led 10-0 after 21 minutes, with a Sevu Reece try accompanied by five points from the boot of Taha Kemara.
It was a frantic, free-running affair with the slippery ball causing all sorts of problems for both teams in trying to maintain possession.
The Reece try was the only one the Drua conceded, running in two of their own through Selestino Ravutaumada and Frank Lomani, with Isaiah Armstrong-Ravula on target from the tee.
