Umaga cleared to play against Australia

All Blacks captain Tana Umaga passed a fitness test today and will lead the team against Australia in the Tri-Nations/Bledisloe Cup test against Australia in Sydney tomorrow.

An ankle injury had seen Umaga bracketed at centre with his Wellington and Hurricanes teammate Conrad Smith. Injured halfback Byron Kelleher has returned to New Zealand.
