The All Blacks have made two forced changes from the starting side who beat the Lions 48-18 in the second test for the third rugby test at Eden Park in Auckland on Saturday.
With the series already sewn up, coach Graham Henry has resisted the chance to make wholesale changes to the starting 15, replacing only injured five-eighth pair Daniel Carter and Aaron Mauger.
Leon MacDonald will have the unfamiliar first five-eighth role while Conrad Smith comes in at centre, with captain Tana Umaga moving in one place to second five-eighth.
On the reserve bench, lock James Ryan replaces Jono Gibbes while Luke McAlister comes in for Ma'a Nonu.
