It is sure to be a busy day at NZRU headquarters.
The All Black trial teams as well as the Maori and sevens sides will all be named this morning.
NZRU Deputy CEO Steve Tew says it seems Graham Henry, Matt Te Pou and Gordon Tietjens are all organised, and there has been some rigorous and long debate over the past week.
The teams are set to be named at 11 o'clock.
The NZRU is helping out its Fijian counterparts with some of the costs of hosting the Maori team, with Fiji in all sorts of financial trouble, reportedly being all but broke.
Operations manager and acting CEO Derek Sampson has resigned, unable to carry on due to their parlous financial state.
The Maori plays Fiji in Suva on June 3, with the host union incurring the costs of an inbound tour.
NZRU Deputy chief Steve Tew says it is a situation they have been monitoring, and they will bear some of the cost, covering a lot of the expenses of the trip.
Tew says a large chunk of the profits from the North Harbour test between Fiji and the All Blacks will also go to the Fiji union.
He says they have been in contact with the Fijian Union over the weekend and have been assured everything is in place for the Maori team.
