Signs positive for Umaga

There are encouraging signs for former All Blacks captain Tana Umaga and the Hurricanes.

Umaga trained with the team in Wellington this morning, as they prepare for Saturday's Super 14 clash with the Crusaders at Westpac Stadium.

Umaga injured his knee against the Cheetahs a month ago and has not played since.

However he was running freely today without any heavy strapping.
