Bay of Plenty halfback Kevin Senio has been called into the All Blacks as a replacement for Byron Kelleher.
Kelleher took a heavy head knock in a late tackle from Springbok lock Victor Matfield in the All Blacks' 22-16 loss to South Africa in Cape Town this morning.
Senio played for Bay of Plenty in last year's NPC, and for the Junior All Blacks earlier in the year.
Matfield has been cited and will appear before a disciplinary commission today for a late tackle on Kelleher.
That hit in the 10th minute forced Kelleher off the field.
Matfield went on to play a dominant roll in his team's win.
Coach Graham Henry said he was badly affected by the knock..
Tana Umaga also left the field during this morning's match with an ankle injury.
