There was once a time when All Blacks star midfielder Sonny Bill Williams would sulk over being injured.
However, Steve Hansen has revealed the 33-year-old has matured through his career and that is no longer the case.
Williams has been sidelined by injuries a number of times this year, the latest being a niggly shoulder injury, but will make his comeback this weekend when the All Blacks meet Argentina in Buenos Aries.
"Once upon a time he would have sulked a lot about being injured and not getting games, but he has matured into a really good human being," said Hansen.
"He understands there is no point being down about it, so he is pretty positive. He is a positive person around the environment whilst he is injured, he just gets on with his trainings.
