Sonny Bill Williams is in a race against time to be fit for the All Blacks as he recovers from a shoulder issue.
Blues coach Tana Umaga revealed after the Blues' first home win of the season against the Reds last night that Williams could be a touch and go for the All Blacks' first test against Australia in August.
The 32-year-old second five-eighth has struggled with injuries this season, his latest being an AC-joint injury he picked up in the All Blacks' third test against France last week.
However, All Blacks coach Steve Hansen said he isn't concerned about Williams' fitness and durability.
"I think he's durable enough," Hansen told Stuff.
