Former All Blacks flanker Mike Brewer has been sacked by English Premiership rugby club Sale after managing just three wins from nine starts.
Brewer replaced Jason Robinson as head coach in April, but Sale - who have lost four of their last five matches - have struggled since, and lie 10th on the table.
Academy coach Pete Anglesea is in charge until the end of the season, BBC Sport reported today.
Brewer took over at Sale following a stint as Scotland forwards coach, where he quit after missing out on the job of head coach following Frank Hadden's departure.
