Rugby: Jerome Kaino pranks Dan Carter

While Dan Carter is earning big over in France, his team-mate Jerome Kaino has played a prank on the star first-five back home in New Zealand.

Both players have rugby biographies up for sale, and each one will be hoping they're being snapped up as Christmas presents.

So when Kaino saw a display stand that was full with Carter's book in a shop yesterday he decided to take matters into his own hands.

He posted his hilarious prank on Instagram - which involved placing his book in front of Carters to ensure it got the most visibility at the bookshop.

Yesterday the Herald revealed Carter's deal with Racing 92 is reported to be worth $2.76 million per season.

Over a 30-match campaign that amounts to $92,000 per game.
