KEY POINTS:
The All Blacks have dismissed any suggestions Perpignan are to blame for Dan Carter's latest injury setback.
The star pivot will not play for the French club again during his six month stint after rupturing his Achilles at the weekend.
Suggestions have been raised that Carter was not 100 per cent fit when he suffered the problem.
But All Blacks manager Darren Shand rejects talk Perpignan rushed Carter back too quickly. He says they have done a great job and have been very open with the NZRU.
Carter is likely to need surgery and could miss the start of the Tri-Nations.
