The Springboks say there is no longer a magic aura of invincibility surrounding the All Blacks.
The world champion Springboks have recorded back-to-back wins in New Zealand and coach Peter de Villiers says they fear no-one, but respect everybody.
He has shrugged off comments by All Blacks coach Graham Henry and captain Richie McCaw that South Africa "played less rugby" than New Zealand and Australia and would have to be "forced out of their comfort zone".
De Villiers says Graham Henry is a good coach, but he is like him, he has a big mouth.
The All Blacks trained at Auckland's Trusts Stadium this morning.
The Tri Nations opener is at Eden Park on Saturday night.
