All Blacks centre Richard Kahui looks to have succumbed to yet another shoulder injury.
Kahui fell on his shoulder during his comeback match for Waikato in the ITM Cup and has been closely monitored this week.
It was Kahui's first match in two months since suffering a small fracture of his right shoulder socket in the All Blacks' opening Tri-Nations test.
The 25-year-old missed the majority of last year after having reconstructive surgery on his left shoulder.
The extent of Kahui's latest injury is yet to be revealed, but he will meet with his surgeon on Friday.
