Auckland have rushed all of their available All Blacks into the starting side to play Northland on Saturday as they search for their first win of the season.
Joining All Black prop John Afoa who returned to provincial action last week are Jerome Kaino and Joe Rokocoko, while Isaia Toeava has also recovered from a stress fracture in his foot which had threatened to rule him out of the entire Tri-Nations.
Toeava takes the place fullback Paul Williams who was yesterday suspended for one week following a dangerous tackle on Canterbury's Dan Carter.
In other changes to the backline, Winston Stanley has moved from the wing to second five-eighth to join brother Benson in the midfield, while Joe Rokocoko will be looking to recapture some form from the wing.
First five-eighth Ash Moeke has been rewarded for an impressive second half stint against Canterbury with the starting jersey which sees Dan Bowden, who has been cleared to play following a head knock last week, drop to the bench.
In the forwards, Pauliasi Manu has replaced Tevita Mailau at loosehead prop while Kurtis Haiu switches from flanker to lock to accommodate Kaino's return.
