KEY POINTS:
Former All Black Andy Haden is tipping Graham Henry to retain his job as All Blacks coach.
Henry will front the NZRU selection committee in Wellington today, as will Robbie Deans, Colin Cooper and Ian Foster.
Popular opinion suggests it is a head to head race between Henry and Deans, but Haden believes it is a one horse race.
Haden said he suspects Henry will keep the job by default because the wrong people are asking the questions and most of the selection committee have no idea what rugby coaches do.
Haden said it is a "done deal".
Deans may be the bookies favourite, but the money is fast going on Graham Henry in Australia.
Henry is paying $3.50 to keep his job but started at a whopping $8:00. Deans is at $1.22.
