KEY POINTS:
The All Blacks have three new additions to their management team with the appointment of strength and conditioning coach Nic Gill, manual therapist Dennis Shepherd and analyst Alistair Rogers.
All three work with Super 14 franchises and will first join the All Blacks for the tests against Ireland and England in June.
The appointments give the All Blacks a staff of eleven. Four of the roles - doctor, physiotherapist, manual therapist and media manager - are part-time, seasonal positions.
