The All Blacks will help raise about $5 million for their employers when they play England in a special test to complete their Northern Hemisphere tour next season.
The match for the Hilary Shield will be played at Twickenham on December 1 after the All Blacks have played Wales, Italy and Scotland in tests on the International Rugby Board roster.
"The game against England will be a revenue-sharing test and while we've had the agreement for some time, the detail hasn't been nailed down until this week," New Zealand Rugby Union chief executive Steve Tew said.
"It's a package which includes games the Black Ferns have soon and includes the NZ Maori visit next year. They'll play two or three games around the same time as the All Black tour.
"We're very pleased with the negotiations which will give us our best revenue share by some margin."
