Referee replaced for All Blacks test

Donal Courtney of Ireland has been replaced as referee for Saturday's rugby test between New Zealand and Scotland because of injury.

Courtney, who has an adductor strain, has been replaced by Welshman Nigel Whitehouse, who controlled the All Blacks' 91-0 defeat of Fiji earlier this year.

England's Chris White and Ireland's George Clancy (Ireland) remain as touch judges.
