Ma'a Nonu is the overwhelming choice to start at 12 for the All Blacks according to Herald readers.
With almost 2500 votes counted in the Herald poll asking who should start at 12 for the All Blacks, Nonu has received 89% of the public backing, with midfield rival Sonny-Bill Williams taking just 11%.
Nonu has long been a staple in the number 12 jersey for the national side, and public opinion is clearly on his side to retain that position going into the 2015 Rugby World Cup.
Nonu's Hurricanes take on SBW's Chiefs this weekend in their Super Rugby clash, but although Williams is likely to suit up for the Chiefs, Nonu is set to be rested by Chris Boyd.
