French rugby powerhouse Toulon have their next All Blacks targets in sight.

Israel Dagg and Malakai Fekitoa could be the next Kiwi stars to leave New Zealand shores after they were seen in a face-to-face meeting with the Top 14 club in Paris, a French paper claims.

Midi Olympique reported that Dagg and Fekitoa met with the Toulon owner at a hotel, with Dagg receiving an offer.

Dagg was last week linked with Irish club Leinster with his future one of the big talking points after a breakout All Blacks season.

Dropped from the squad before last year's World Cup, Dagg stayed in the country and has had his loyalty pay off, leading most of the All Blacks stats for 2016.

Steve Hansen has said he could see Dagg in the 2019 World Cup squad if his form continues, but admits he could be forgiven for taking a pay cheque overseas after his misfortune in 2015.

Midi Olympique said Toulon still face stiff competition from Bordeaux and Toulouse for Dagg's services.

As for Fekitoa, the paper said Toulon didn't face any competition for his services, but an offer was yet to be made.

Dagg and Fekitoa might not be the only All Blacks to leave, with Aaron Cruden reportedly interested in joining the exodus.

That story came last month with the news he could be headed to Montpellier with an offer of up to NZ$1.5million per season.

Meanwhile troubled NRL star Semi Radradra has reportedly signed a deal to link with Toulon.

The barnstorming Parramatta winger, who on Monday found himself the subject of an arrest warrant after his non-appearance in court on domestic violence charges, will supposedly play for Toulon some time in 2017.

Reports from France suggested Radradra had inked a deal days ago, Fox Sports confirming with Toulon owner Mourad Boudjellal that the move was on.

"He has signed with Toulon (for) one year, with a one-year option," Boudjellal told foxsports.com.au from France.

While some media outlets said he would play for the club from 2017 Boudjellal did not specify when the deal would start.

The 24 year-old is actually signed on with the Eels until the end of 2017.

Toulon also has Wallabies Drew Mitchell, Matt Giteau, James O'Connor and Liam Gill on its books as well as former All Black Ma'a Nonu.
