KEY POINTS:
Graham Henry is not happy a player tipped to be in this year's All Blacks squad has been arrested for disorderly behaviour.
Jimmy Cowan was arrested on Sunday morning, after his side lost to the Blues in Dunedin on Saturday night.
The 26-year-old will appear in court later this week on one charge of disorderly conduct.
Graham Henry didn't hide his dismay today, saying it was very disappointing and "rugby doesn't need that sort of thing".
Highlanders' chief executive Richard Reid is also disappointed and admits it is not a good look.
"There is a part of it which is personal responsibility and just simple professionalism, and issues like this sort of fall outside that unfortunately," Mr Reid said.
The weekend arrest follows the recent conviction of Highlanders winger Lucky Mulipola for assault, driving while disqualified and supplying false or misleading information to police.
