KEY POINTS:
France captain Fabien Pelous and halfback Jean-Baptiste Elissalde have been ruled out of Saturday's rugby test against Argentina in Stade de France because of injury, news agency AFP reported today.
Second rower Pelous is suffering from a rib injury while Elissalde picked up a problem with his right thigh during France's 23-11 loss to the All Blacks on Saturday.
They will be replaced by two Clermont players -- second rower Loic Jacquet, who wins his second cap, and halfback Pierre Mignoni, who has 17 caps.
Pelous, 33, capped 110 times for France, had been named by coach Bernard Laporte for the Argentina test after missing Saturday's match because of the rib problem.
Elissalde was forced off the pitch after 26 minutes of play.
The Pumas are riding high after beating world champions England 25-18 at Twickenham a week ago and fighting back from a six point interval deficit to beat Italy 23-16 in Rome on Saturday.
