8th: Lions halfback Dwayne Peel penalised for not releasing the ball after an All Blacks breakout. Daniel Carter goals from 20m. All Blacks 3-0.

12th: Professional foul by Lions lock Paul O'Connell, who tackles Chris Jack from an offside position near the goalposts. O'Connell sinbinned for 10 minutes by French referee Joel Jutge. Carter goals. All Blacks 6-0.

18th: Lions flanker Richard Hill departs with a knee injury, replaced by Ryan Jones.

25th: All Blacks lock Ali Williams steals an errant Shane Byrne lineout throw and runs 20m to score in the tackle of Stephen Jones. Carter misses conversion. All Blacks 11-0.

37th: First shot at goal for Lions second five-eighth Jonny Wilkinson, who misses a penalty attempt from 42m.

Halftime: All Blacks 11-0.

44th: O'Connell penalised for pulling down Jack at a lineout. Carter goals from 35m. All Blacks 14-0.

47th: All Blacks wing Sitiveni Sivivatu runs 20m to score after a break from Aaron Mauger and a pinpoint wide pass from captain Tana Umaga. Carter converts. All Blacks 21-0.

56th: Wilkinson finally opens the Lions' account after Rodney So'oialo is penalised for not releasing the ball. Wilkinson goals from 25m. All Blacks 21-3.

57th: Lions make mass substitutions with hooker Steve Thompson, lock Danny Grewcock and wing Shane Horgan on for Byrne, Ben Kay and Jason Robinson, but the Lions can't add to their points tally.
