The All Black selectors finally have some good news on the injury front.
Crusaders lock Chris Jack says he is in good shape heading towards the Super 12 semifinals.
The Crusaders face the Hurricanes in their final round robin match at Jade Stadium on Friday night.
Jack has had a mix of niggling hand, thigh and shoulder injuries over the past month, but the All Black certainty says he is coming right.
Jack says this is the first week he has not needed to ice his knee after a game, so he is starting to get into good shape.
The Crusaders' starting XV will be confirmed today.
