KEY POINTS:
A boost for the All Blacks, with lock Ali Williams finally being declared ready to take on the Springboks in tomorrow night's Tri Nations opener in Wellington.
Williams has recovered from the ankle injury he sustained against England in Christchurch.
Coach Graham Henry says Williams does not need to pass a fitness test at the captain's run today, because he has come through training this week on track.
The Springboks also have a captains run today.
There are still around 3,000 tickets for the test with the Wellington Rugby Union confident it will sell out due to an improved weather forecast.
It is expected to be fine in the capital tomorrow with gusty north westerlies.
