Memorabilia from the 1967 All Blacks tour to Europe is set to go under the hammer in London next month.
The collection from Richard Walker, the team's luggage and kit manager for the tour, includes captain Brian Lochore's 1967 jersey with a silver fern blazer badge and a player-issue black and white scarf which auctioneer and organiser Graham Budd expected to fetch up to £800 ($2115).
The May 12 auction at Sotheby's will also include touch judges' flags from All Blacks tests against England, France, Scotland, Ireland (game cancelled) and Wales, each expected to make up to £300.
A lot including official photographs, original press photographs, menus (some autographed), match programmes, tickets, souvenir newspapers, press cuttings and two books on All Blacks tours in 1963-64 and 1967, is estimated to sell for £800.
A signed dinner menu for the Prince Obolensky match between the All Blacks and England at Twickenham in 1936 is expected to reach £350 while an official programme for the match between London and the All Blacks at Twickenham during the Invincibles tour of 1924-25 is valued at £250.
