Cory Jane has returned to the All Blacks after recovering from a long-term knee injury and was named today in Steve Hansen's 29-strong squad for the third Bledisloe Cup test of the year against Australia in Dunedin next Saturday.
Jane, who is capable of playing either wing or fullback, tore his anterior cruciate ligament in February and after only two appearances for Wellington in the ITM Cup recently he has been whisked straight back in to the national side.
In the absence of Conrad Smith, who has gone on an extended break, Francis Saili has also re-joined the side, while prop Ben Afeaki has been named as an insurance policy for the front-row.
The All Blacks assemble in Dunedin on Tuesday for the dead-rubber encounter.
